Santa Brigida

This church was build between 1640 and 1730 as the works were reprised several times also during the Kingdom of Ferdinand II in 1852.  Today this church appears incorporated into the Galleria Umberto I, and only its 19th century façade is visible for the outside.  This church is instead a real hidden gem with its wonderful dome decorated by Luca Giordano, who was buried here.
